Valerie Koppang

(Founder and Research Director)

Valerie is a UX researcher and strategist focused on understanding how people interpret, navigate, and make decisions before they ever arrive.

Educated in the United States and Europe, she holds a dual master’s degree in UX Design and Product Management. Her graduate research examined trust and human interaction in emerging technologies, sharpening a disciplined approach to uncovering not just what users do, but why.

Today, her work centers on boutique and luxury hospitality brands, translating behavioral research into digital experiences that feel refined, intuitive, and intentional. From auditing hotel booking journeys to restructuring e-commerce narratives, Valerie brings research-driven clarity to every engagement.
